Experienced Gardener
We are currently looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic experienced gardener, who has a determined, flexible and ‘Can-Do’ attitude, to complement our existing contracts in Bishops Stortford, Hertford and Brentwood.
It is essential the candidate is a self-starter (able to work unsupervised) whom is keen to get stuck in and make a positive contribution to the team. Applicants are required to have good communication skills, understand the importance of customer satisfaction, whilst being physically fit and motivated.
Whilst current vacancy is on a seasonal basis, with an ever increasing customer order book, we anticipate that many could develop into longer term employment opportunities at the end of the season.
Applicant must have at least 6 years experience in gardening and the knowledge of use of Stihl and Hayter & Honda garden machinery and has a Full clean driving license.
Jobs involved…
Grass Maintenance – cutting and strimming
Shrub and Hedge Maintenance – Pruning, Trimming, Forking, Weeding, Replanting
Weed control – Paving, Lawns, Kerb lines
Dealing with the general public.
A uniform is provided.
Job Type: Full-time/ Self employed
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (overtime available)
Experience:
- gardening/landscaping: 6 years
Licence/Certification:
- Driving licence (required)
Salary is negotiable depending on age and quality of work. Working hours 8 hours per day plus overtime during busy periods.
